Terms and Conditions
These terms govern consumer use of the Movli app and related services. They are written for parents and legal guardians using Movli with their family.

Movli supports playful movement. It is not medical treatment, physiotherapy, childcare or a substitute for responsible adult supervision.
1. Provider and acceptance
Movli Academy B.V., Voltastraat 1, 3817 KL Amersfoort, the Netherlands (KVK 42063466, RSIN 869539498), provides Movli. Contact: hello@movliacademy.com.
By creating an account, starting a subscription or using Movli, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or otherwise legally authorised to contract for the household.
2. The service
Movli provides short, coach-led movement sessions for children approximately 3 to 9 years old, including age-oriented content, child profiles, progress and optional personalisation. Features may vary by country, language, device or plan.
We may improve the service, replace content and change features. We will not materially reduce paid core functionality during a current paid term without a valid reason and appropriate notice or remedy.
3. Account and parental responsibility
- Provide accurate information, protect login details and report suspected misuse promptly.
- Create profiles only for children for whom you are a parent or authorised guardian.
- Choose a safe space, remove hazards and provide suitable adult supervision for every session.
- Have the child stop for pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort and seek qualified advice when unsure.
- Do not use Movli where a doctor or therapist has advised against movement or an activity does not suit the child’s abilities.
4. Trial, price and payment
The current price, billing period, trial and included features are shown before purchase. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to that store’s terms.
Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-displayed price until cancelled. Taxes are included where required. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the displayed deadline.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Cancel at any time in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your Movli account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
For digital content or services, a statutory withdrawal right may end once supply begins with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right will be lost. Where that has not validly occurred, your statutory rights remain. Apple or Google handles store-purchase refund requests under its process; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
6. Fair use
You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use Movli within your household. You may not copy, sell, publicly display, reverse engineer, bypass security, scrape, misuse or use Movli to infringe another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
Movli, its software, sessions, text, audio, video, design, marks and underlying materials belong to Movli or its licensors. No ownership transfers under these terms. Movli may use feedback without charge to improve the service, without publishing personal data.
8. Availability and termination
We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, supplier outages, security events or circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause interruption.
We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated misuse, fraud, security risk or legal necessity. Where reasonable, we give advance notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may close your account at any time; active store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Movli is not responsible for loss caused by disregarding safety guidance or suitable supervision, or for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. The service is supplied for private use.
10. Complaints, law and changes
Send complaints to hello@movliacademy.com. We will acknowledge them and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
Dutch law applies. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protection in the country where you habitually live. Proceedings may be brought in the courts available under applicable consumer law.
We may amend these terms for law, security or product development. We will give advance notice of material adverse changes. Continued paid use after the effective date accepts the revised terms only where legally permitted; otherwise you may cancel.
